The Strategy Session with April Yvette Thompson
Dreamers are some of my favorite people in the world because it takes courage to be true to who you are and to love life while you're doing it. Got some dreams that need long-term planning to get them moving? Then a Strategy Session is the best place to start. All new clients are required to schedule a Strategy Session prior to purchasing a coaching package or a single private coaching session. This policy protects both the client and the coach. We get to take a dance before we sign up to become partners (LOL). Hopefully, we'll move forward in our work and then the client is eligible for discounted coaching packages in which the hourly rate goes down depending on the number of sessions purchased.
The Strategy Session is where the client meets with April to discuss long/short term goals. April works with the client to create a long/short term business plan and timeline by which to accomplish the goals.
The Strategy Session - How it Works

April consults in all of the above areas and the client may use his/her session to cover any of these topics. The client will receive weekly coaching availability via email and respond to email@example.com with a request for a session as well as a very brief overview of what he/she would like to cover. April responds to business emails 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday.
April and the client will review topics of interest, identify obstacles and establish a plan of action. Each session, the instructor will make recommendations for strategy of attack, coach the work, give notes, and wrap-up the session with an overview, as well as homework for the next session. All coaching happens within the context of the session, not via email and phone, unless the session is a Skype or Phone session. The client is responsible for bringing 2 hardcopies of all materials to each session, or emailing a copy to our offices 48 hours prior to the session.
There is a 48-hour cancellation/change policy. If the client cancels/changes within less than 48 hours or is late to a session, the client is responsible for the full session fee. There is no refund policy or exchange policy.
Credits are valid for 3 months from the date of the client's last coaching session/class. After this time, the credit is forfeited. Credits are issued under extenuating circumstances and at the discretion of the Instructor.
This contract is valid for a one hour Strategy Session with April Yvette Thompson. The rate is $316.00 per hour.
All payments are non‐refundable and non‐transferable.
