All clients must purchase a Private Coaching Discovery Session Package. Private Coaching Discovery Session is an 80 minute session where we'll:

April has taught at Rutgers University, Vassar College, Harlem School of the Arts, University of Zimbabwe, Maggie Flanigan Studio and various Universities throughout the United States as a Teaching Artist for The Acting Company. Power Coaching Strategy Session
6 hour Intensive 1:1 Work Sessions with April
These are 5 hour power coaching sessions for the client whose been in the MasterMind groups or MasterClasses who feel they've done all they could on their own, now they need a hands on guide to walk them through the tricky parts.
The 6 hour Power Strategy Coaching Session is the equivalent of a 12 Week Mastermind Group. The difference is one is small group coaching 2-4 people and the Power Session is 1:1.
The client will meet with April for a 5 hour intensive session 1:1 where she will guide your through the given exercise or problem in question. You can use the work session to ask questions, show your work to April, get feedback and take another pass at the work.
The cost of the session is $4875

Writing/Producing/Acting/Business Strategies/Life Coaching/Public Speaking
April consults in all of the above areas and the client may use his/her session to cover any of these topics.
The Session or Class
April and the client will review topics of interest, identify obstacles and establish a plan of action. In each 60 minute session, April will make recommendations for strategy of attack, coach the work, give notes and wrap up the session with an overview, as well as homework for the next session.
All coaching happens within the context of the session. The client is responsible for bringing 2 hardcopies of all materials to each session and emailing a copy to our offices 48 hours prior to the session or class.
Cancellation Policy
There is a 48-hour cancellation/change policy. If the client cancels/changes a private coaching session within less than 48 hours or is late to a session, the client is responsible for the full session fee.
There is no refund or exchange policy.
Credits
Credits are valid for 3 months from the date of the client's last coaching session/class. After which the credit is forfeit. Credits are issued under extenuating circumstances and at the discretion of the Instructor.
Payments
This contract is valid for all private coaching sessions, packages and classes with April Yvette Thompson. Payments are made via the purchase buttons on the website only or via PayPal. No cash, checks or money orders will be accepted.
All payments are made prior to booking a session. All Coaching session packages and classes have the installment payment option.
Coaching Packages are 6 to 18 months long with 24 and 30 installment payment agreements. Once a coaching package has begun, you have 30 days to cancel the package, you will be billed at a pro-rated $500/hour for any sessions used.
After the 30 days, there are no refunds, cancellations of exchanges. Private Coaching is a commitment.
Installment Payment Policies
There is no longer a late payment fee option for the installment payment agreements.
Moving forward, folks on installment payment plans whose automatic payments do not go through,
**- the installment agreement will be cancelled **
**- and the full balance of the class is due in order to rejoin the class.**
**- You immediately lose access to the class pages.**
You can log into your PayPal account and look up your balance and send that payment to PayPal to AprilYvetteThompsonCoaching@gmail.com
If the full balance is not received prior to the next class, you lose the following:

**- the opportunity to finish the class or coaching package.**
**- the right to further installment payments on any of April's classes or coaching**
**- any discounts or bonuses attached to the class**
**- access to the members only pages**
**- the ability to participate in the class or use remaining coaching sessions**
**- And you lose any complimentary coaching sessions or free classes that come with your package**
**There are no refunds or credits**.
Installment payments are automated monthly. Once the purchase is made, the payment due dates automatically take effect and CANNOT BE CHANGED.
Please make sure that you payment plans are set up on a credit or debit card or directly from your paypal account. E-payments are not acceptable because PayPal holds those payments for 3-5 days, so your payment will not be available even if the payment goes through, you'll miss the due date. If that happens, the full balance of the class is due ASAP.
All payments are non‐refundable and non‐transferable.
Should the client end the session before the 18 month, discounted rate disappears and the client will be billed at the regular rate of $500 per hour for the coaching hours and class time used to date.
Bonuses
Clients who pay the full amount of the session or class upfront will receive an additional 30 min complimentary coaching session with April.
Homework & Due Dates
You will receive homework assignments due dates via google calendar email or on the via your class or private coaching page. All due dates are by 5pm (EST).
If you miss any of these deadlines, and homework is not turned in by deadline, April reserves the right to discontinue the package or class immediately and require full payment of hours used to date at the $750/hour rate.
Scheduling & Location
Once payment is made, you will be sent a scheduling link.
Recordings
All classes are recorded and posted on your members only pages. TheDreamUnLocked reserves the right to use an or all of those recordings for teaching modules or marketing purposes.
