In the last 5 days, 3 directors have emailed me asking recommendations for actors for film, commercial and theatre jobs. They wanted someone they could call in today based on my recommendation. So, I went through my files and researched folks I've worked with, who've submitted to me for projects or taken classes with me or who I've cast in my projects.

Here's what happened. Seriously folks. When I type in your name into a google search and no headshot/resume and reel pop up, then actually, you're not serious about being an actor.

You're actually just hoping on a wish and prayer that someone will notice you in one of these FREE readings you do all the time and maybe call you in for an audition and maybe give you a job that maybe someone will see you in that will lead to another job.

Because if I typed your name into google and within 2 mins, your name, headshot/resume reel popped up on my screen. Today, you would would have had an audition and tomorrow, perhaps a paying job.
I just did a search. 1 in 25 actors of color passed this test. So I don't want to hear anymore complaints about the Oscars or anything else, because you don't mean it because you don't have the basic business tool of every working actor in place: a brand (website/marketing materials) where I can go and see your chops and give you a job.

The only thing I want to hear about is:
