we have to go places⁣⁣
where no one really wants to go 
look at things we really don't want to⁣⁣
see to create real transformation⁣⁣ To undo some sh🦋t we've been doing 
for decades & getting nowhere⁣⁣
to step out of ur comfort zone & 
deal w/stuff in ways that are diff from ur parents
⁣⁣to make huge leaps in understanding the beliefs u hold onto that no longer serve u ⁣& are in fact holding u back⁣⁣
⁣⁣
That's when u break new ground
but those places are not easy to excavate⁣⁣
they're complicated & scary⁣⁣
but beautiful & life affirming
⁣⁣ i’ve always had a sneaking suspicion ⁣⁣
that what I had to offer was not fully valued⁣⁣
but now I'm clear abt it bec I've stopped ⁣⁣
giving ME away⁣⁣
for free⁣⁣
⁣⁣
stopped giving ⁣⁣
time
energy⁣⁣
to things⁣
that ultimately didn't celebrate my values
⁣⁣
I found amazing,⁣⁣
allies, teachers, ⁣
clients, sages, shamans⁣⁣
who taught me as I was teaching them⁣⁣
what it means when u ⁣⁣
GIVE the GIFT of U to someone
ur all out⁣⁣ fierce, flawed, wise self⁣
& take a ride ⁣⁣w/someone to figure out ⁣⁣
but what they want to learn ⁣⁣
& how I can ADAPT ⁣⁣
what I KNOW to FIT⁣⁣
what THEY NEED⁣
