You know how you just put something in the universe and it takes a long time to show up?

Well, I learned something very valuable today. I put in the universe that I was tired of running around NYC going in for co-stars, never booking it, spending hours working on sides, trekking through 3 hours of NYC traffic and then watch a series regular book it...

So, I told my agents: no more...I will not be going out like a that...I'm moving to Morocco (bitches). And here's what I'm willing to do:

I'm willing to put myself on tape and they can make an offer. If they need me to come in, they won't be seeing my black ass, cuz I'm in Morocco.

My team was like, lord, she done seen black baby jesus and she done told all yall fuck it....

Well, lo and behold as I have been arguing with my agents about shit I'm not wasting my time reading scripts and trekking to fucking Queens for gigs that take up my whole day; I stuck to my guns and stopped letting people waste my valuable time.

I focused on what made me happy, planning my morocco women's business retreat...writing and teaching shit that means something to me and made room for the things I want to manifest by, ready....wait for it...

"saying no to shit that was less than I deserved"

The Result: I just booked the a guest star on primetime ON OFFER ONLY (NO AUDITION) where I will be on screen (not playing the ghetto mother, nurse, maid) but a fucking doctor making more money in one day than I ever made on a play or movie set...
